This little seaside town, Hua Hin is famous for an abundant source of shellfish. Hua Hin Market Village in cooperation with Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Hua Hin Municipality, Bangkok Shells Museum, leading hotels and resorts in Hua Hin organise “Shellfish Eating Festival” for the locals and tourists to enjoy the luscious dishes from fresh shellfish that Hua Hin has to offer.

During the festival, local chefs prepare their specialty to be offered on sale. There are also fashion and decorative items made of shells.
